Submitting the Drive Diagnostic Intake Form starts a conversation; it does not create a repair contract. A bench inspection is required before any repair scope, cost or timeline can be confirmed. Fault symptoms described remotely can have several causes, and the description you give is used only as a starting point for diagnosis.
