Industrial Automation & Servo Drive Repair

Component-level diagnostics and repair of automation drives, servo drives, feedback modules, and specialized industrial power electronics cards.

Overview

About our industrial automation drive service

Automation drives fail at the interface as often as at the power stage. We repair multi-axis servo drives, position control drives and the feedback interfaces that tie them to the machine, working down to the individual component.

These drives run automated packaging, robotics and CNC tooling setups, plus synchronized plant process lines.

What we work on

  • Multi-axis servo drives and positioning controllers
  • Resolver and incremental encoder feedback interfaces
  • Communication bus interfaces (EtherCAT, CANopen, RS485)
  • High-speed PWM gate driver isolation circuits
  • IGBT modules, PIM packages and rectifier bridges

Faults we commonly resolve

  • Encoder alarms from line noise, broken feedback interfaces or sync angle loss
  • Communication bus errors across EtherCAT, CANopen and RS485
  • Gate driver optocoupler timing failures
  • Diode bridge breakdown and short circuits
  • Corrupted microcontroller and control card faults

Areas we serve

Drives are received at our GIDC Vatva workshop from across the Gujarat industrial belt, including:

  • Ahmedabad (Vatva, Naroda, Odhav)
  • Sanand GIDC
  • Changodar & Moraiya
  • Kadi & Chhatral
  • Kalol & Mehsana
  • Dahej & Ankleshwar
Systematic Execution

Our Drive Repair Process

A four-stage disciplined engineering workflow ensuring transparency, thorough bench testing, and rapid return to duty.

  1. Step 01: Share Details

Send your drive make, model, kW rating, error fault code, and clear photos of the rating plate and terminal layout via WhatsApp or form.

    Initial Scoping & Verification

  2. Step 02: Inspection & Diagnosis

Equipment is safely evaluated in our GIDC Vatva workshop using curve tracers, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers to isolate hardware faults.

    Detailed Diagnostic Report

  3. Step 03: Repair & Testing

Component-level semiconductor replacement, trace repairing, conformal recoating, followed by simulated three-phase motor bench testing.

    Dynamometer Bench Run

  4. Step 04: Return & Support

The repaired drive is securely packed, dispatched back to your plant or farm site, accompanied by installation guidance and telemetry notes.
