Step 01: Share Details
Send your drive make, model, kW rating, error fault code, and clear photos of the rating plate and terminal layout via WhatsApp or form.
Initial Scoping & Verification
Step 02: Inspection & Diagnosis
Equipment is safely evaluated in our GIDC Vatva workshop using curve tracers, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers to isolate hardware faults.
Detailed Diagnostic Report
Step 03: Repair & Testing
Component-level semiconductor replacement, trace repairing, conformal recoating, followed by simulated three-phase motor bench testing.
Dynamometer Bench Run
Step 04: Return & Support
The repaired drive is securely packed, dispatched back to your plant or farm site, accompanied by installation guidance and telemetry notes.
Safe Dispatch & Support
What to have ready
The more of this you can send with the enquiry, the faster the diagnosis starts.
Photo of the rating plate
Showing the model number and the kW / HP rating. This is the single most useful thing you can send.
The error code on the display
The exact code shown on the keypad or screen when the drive tripped.
What the machine was doing
A brief summary of machine behaviour at the moment the fault occurred — under load, on acceleration, at start-up.
Secure packing
Pack the drive with protective bubble wrap before handing it to a transporter or courier.
Three ways to send your equipment
- Hand-deliver the equipment directly to our Vatva workshop during business hours.
- Dispatch it through any local Gujarat transporter or courier.
